Mr. Koichi Matsui, your company has worst sales service. I am in India. My Toshiba LED had a problem but even after 3 months nobody has taken care of it. Please do not spread false rumors about yourself. You are only interested in selling your product and if that product has a problem within the warranty period, all Toshiba people get mute. Just imagine, this is a condition of a Japanese company. Japanese people are supposed to be most hard working people on the face of earth. But after my experience with Toshiba, I would not recommend anyone to buy your product in India.

It has been 7 months of continuous follow up through emails and calls for service but no resolution yet!! As per the responses (that I rarely get), the they working to resolve.. Sorry, but in that long period of time, it's no big deal to close a service request. Below are the reference numbers TIPLSR8H0013310 (Aug 06, 2016) - Closed without service TIPLSRXH0018036 (Oct 12, 2016) - Still in process. Don't really know who is processing.
